When registering your children for C.C.D., you have the option to either submit the form online or download and print a version of this registration form and return it to the Parish Office. You may place the downloaded and completed registration form in an envelope marked “C.C.D” in the Sunday Collection, or by dropping it off at the Rectory, or you may send via USPS the registration and tuition to the Rectory – Attn: Director of Religious Education.
